『ポコニャン』は、藤子・F・不二雄によるSF漫画作品、および同作の主人公の名前である。漫画は1975年4月号から1978年5月号まで『希望の友』（潮出版社）で連載した。また1970年7月号から1974年1月号にかけて、前身となる『ぽこにゃん』が『ようじえほん』（潮出版社）にて連載されている。不思議な生物ポコニャンが、同居する男の子を不思議な能力と道具で助けるという内容の作品である。連載終了後15年を経た1993年に『ポコニャン!』のタイトルでNHK総合テレビ(現：NHK・G)とNHK教育テレビ(現：NHK・Eテレ)にてテレビアニメ化した（全170話）。テレビアニメ化にあたっては、藤子・F・不二雄の別作品『ドラえもん』と差別化を図るため、内容に大幅なアレンジを加え、視聴層も『ドラえもん』より低い幼児から小学校低学年を対象としている。同年には田中道明（藤子・F・不二雄プロ）によってテレビアニメ版の設定を踏襲した同名の漫画が描かれ『小学一年生』に掲載された。1994年8月5日にゲームボーイ版が、同年12月22日にはスーパーファミコンにて、アニメ版をもとにしたゲームソフトが発売された。2016年9月3日、藤子・F・不二雄ミュージアムで上映される短編映画として『ポコニャン&ドラえもん「ポンポコニャンでここほれニャンニャン!?」』が公開され、23年ぶりのアニメ化となる。公開記念として、ミュージアム限定販売でアニメイラストが使用されたカバー付きの藤子・F・不二雄大全集『ポコニャン』が発売。そのゲームボーイ版の全曲集です。こちらはスーパーゲームボーイ[スーパーファミコン]の音源です。
